You will recieve your box on the first delivery day after your order is confirmed , this is usually Thursday or Friday each week.
If you are out when we call the driver will leave your box in your "Designated Leaving Place" protected by a plastic bag. A Designated Leaving Place can be a porch, garden shed, side entrance or even your front door step, just somewhere you'll be happy to find find your box when you get home. You can also leave your payment in this place too along with your last weeks empty box so we can reuse it to save packaging.
You can choose to recieve your box weekly or fortnightly on a regular basis or you can order it once to try the box scheme or each time you require a box.
If you go on holiday or do not need your box for a while then let us know by the Monday before your box is to be delivered and we can arrange a date for your deliveries to resume when you return.
