Delivery Information

After your order has been received and confirmed, your box will be delivered to your home or work place on the next delivery day. Our delivery days are currently Thursday and Friday.

The time the box will arrive varies according to a number of factors and it is not possible to precise. However it is possible to give you an idea if it will early /late morning or afternoon.

If you are out when we call the driver will leave your box in your "Designated Leaving Place" as requested in the order form, somewhere you'll be happy to find find your box when you get home. You can also leave your payment by cheque please in this place along with your last weeks empty box so we can reuse it to save packaging.

It is possible to make arrangements to collect your box from the farm if you wish if delivery is not an option for you.

Payments should be ready when the driver delivers and cheques made payable to A.Izzard. Arrangements for other payment methods such as direct debit can be made by telephone.

If for some reason your box has not arrived on the delivery day please let us know immediately, your delivery can then usually be made the next day.

Holidays:

If you are going on holiday or do not require a box for a week or more please let us know by the Monday before your box is delivered. A date can then be arranged for deliveries to resume.
